もし彼に何らかの問題があれば、またここに連れてきてください。

If the company were to go bankrupt, what would you do?
もし会社が倒産したら、あなたはどうしますか？

if節にshould+原形を用いると「万一～すれば」という意味になることもあります。
またwere toは通常の仮定法と同じような意味ですが「仮に」と考えてもいいでしょう。

                     wentでも同じ意味


If you should see him on your way to work, tell him to phone me.
もし万が一仕事に行く途中に彼を見かけたら、私に電話するように言ってください。
on one's way to～・・・「～に行く途中で）」

If you were to ask him to fix the faucet, he would break it.
もしあなたが仮に彼に蛇口を修理するように頼んだら、彼は壊すよ。
fix・・・修理する
faucet・・・蛇口
