やっと最後のプリントまできました。もう娘は夏休みが終わって学年があがって2年生になりました。まだプリント類はもらってきてませんが、もし「2年生が覚えるべき英単語」的なプリントをもらってきたらまたこのブログで紹介して行こうと思います。まだわかりませんが。

（意味：自分が他の人より優れている（偉い、上だ）と考えないこと）
immigrants → 移民
people who come to a country to live there
（意味：外国から別の国へやってきて、そこに定住する人）
model → 模型
a small copy of something
（意味：何かの小さなコピー）
qualities → 素質、資質
characteristics of things that can be noticed about a person or things
（意味：人や物について気づくことができる（目につく）特徴や性質）
sculptor → 彫刻家
carving or shaping sculptures
（意味：彫刻を彫ること、または形づくること）
shore → 海岸
the land along the edge of a body of water
（意味：水域（海や湖、川など）の端に沿った陸地）
torch → たいまつ
a long stick that has a flame at one end
（意味：片方の端に炎がついた長い棒）
これでアメリカの小学1年生が覚える必須英単語は終わりです。
次は①から㉗までをまとめたページを作ろうかなと思っています。
